Lifetime structural warranty
GREEN LIVING FLOORING warrants that the flooring sold under this Warranty is, at the time of sale, free from defects in material and manufacture.
We further warrant that when professionally installeSd according to our installation guidelines and industry standards and also when maintained to our care and maintenance instructions and used for its intended purpose, the Flooring will not delaminate, separate, buckle or cup as a result of a manufacturing defect for the life of the product for original purchaser.
25-year pre-finish warranty
The manufacturer warrants that the Aluminum Oxide pre-finish on the bamboo flooring will not wear through for 25 years from the date of purchase for residential use and limited 5 years’ warranty for commercial use, subject to the provisions that our installation and maintenance instructions must be followed as a condition for this warranty to have effect.
Warranty exclusions
This warranty excludes any indentations, scratches, or damage caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, excessive heat or excessive dryness, negligence, spiked heel shoes, pets, insects, water, moisture, erosion, pebbles, sand, other abrasives, insufficient protection on furniture, wet mopping, or failure to follow all the written maintenance instructions.
Natural floors, due to their nature, are subject to seasonal contraction and expansion. It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain necessary humidity levels. A minimum temperature of 70° F (21° C) should be maintained prior to, during, and 48 hours after installation. Sub-floor must be dry and within 3% of the moisture content of the bamboo flooring. Bamboo flooring is a natural product, we do not guarantee variations of color due to the natural characteristics of
bamboo.
Replacement of defective products
The manufacturer warrants that it will replace any damaged planks if it is a result of manufacturing defects. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damaged goods result from improper delivery or storage.
