Harvested from government authorized locations within Hunan Province, China, the bamboo plants take only 5 - 6 years to reach maturity. Is it possible to re-finish?
Yes, you may wish to re-finish your bamboo flooring at some time in the future. Solid bamboo flooring planks can typically be re-finished up to 3 times.

GREEN LIVING FLOORING PRODUCTS WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your (hereinafter the "Buyer") purchase from Green Living Flooring (hereinafter "GLF") on orders for bamboo flooring in Canada. By accepting delivery of the product(s) and/or services shown on this Invoice, Buyer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
1. Payment Terms. Payment for products must be made by credit card via Pay Pal, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by GLF. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the GLF's Invoice. Buyer agrees that a late fee of 5% on all late payments will be due if payment is not made within 20 days of the due date on this Invoice. Buyer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 12% per annum. Buyer agrees to pay upon demand all of GLF's costs and expenses, including attorney's fees and legal expenses, incurred by GLF in connection with collection of any amounts owed to GLF, including attorney's fees and other expenses relating to defenses, affirmative defenses and/or counterclaims that is owed or raised in any collection action initiated or pursued by GLF which must be resolved prior to collection by GLF of any amounts owed or enforcement of any terms of this Agreement.
2. Shipping Charges; Taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on GLF's invoice(s).
3. Title; Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from GLF to Buyer on shipment from GLF's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by GLF is GLF's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Buyer is Buyer's responsibility.
4. Limited Warranty. This bamboo flooring warranty is provided by GLF having its principle place of business in Toronto, Ontario. When properly installed, GLF's bamboo flooring carry a limited lifetime structural residential limited warranty and a 5 year structural commercial limited warranty. GLF's factory applied finish carries a limited 25 year limited warranty (5 year commercial limited warranty) . GLF warrants that the goods sold hereunder are free from defects and in conformity with the descriptions and specifications relating to the goods on the Invoice.
GLF MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS SECTION. THESE WARRANTIES WILL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON GLF's RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE ITEM(S) TO BE WARRANTED. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLF DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GLF does not authorize any distributor, dealer, installer, agent, sales person, or any third party to change the terms or coverage of the limited warranty, and any such change shall be null and void.
5. Limitation of Liability. The GLF's limited warranty does not cover circumstances relating but not limited to normal wear and tear, use of non-approved finishes, indentations, scratches or damages caused by negligence, treatment with water, harsh chemicals, wet mopping, erosion, pebbles, sand, other abrasives, spiked heel shoes, insects, pets, misuse, abuse, accidents, natural fiber surface color variations, extreme environmental conditions, failure to follow all manufacturer's specific written installation instructions for installing or refinishing, poor workmanship by installer or finish contractor, improper maintenance, insufficient prevention and/or protection in kitchen working stations and underneath furniture, misuse or improper alterations on the original manufactured products.
GLF EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO THE PRODUCTS BUYER PURCHASES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
6. Remedy. The sole remedy provided herein is the repair, refinish, or replacement, at the sole discretion of GLF of defective products. In the unlikely event that GLF is unable to correct the defect after a reasonable number of attempts, GLF will refund, if requested, the purchase price of the portion of defective products on a pro rata basis. Any attempt to repair, or refinish the products prior to GLF's inspection and authorized repair actions, will void the limited warranty. 7. Indemnity. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold GLF harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities (including attorney fees), demands or action of whatever nature, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, resulting from or related directly or indirectly to any act or omission of Buyer.
