Our Bamboo flooring is the hardest natural material available for flooring and is an excellent alternative to hardwood flooring. Bamboo has a higher fibre rating than any hardwood, which gives it exceptional hard wearing qualities. This natural flooring solution is available in six different styles, which will compliment any interior design. From ultra contemporary chic through to a more traditional classic style, natural bamboo flooring will give you a truly unique look. Our Strand Woven flooring produces a flooring 18% harder than Santos Mahogany and 96% harder than red oak. Because bamboo is a rapid growing grass and not wood, it can be harvested every 5-6 years, unlike the decades most wood requires. 

Bamboo flooring is harder than both oak and maple. Our Bamboo Flooring is milled with the finest German and equipment for greatest consistency and highest quality. The flooring comes in two natural colors. The finish has seven coats, 5 of aluminum oxide by Treffert of Germany with 2 topcoats of anti-scratch polyurethanes. Coating materials are water-based, solvent-free, 100% solids, no off gassing. Moisture protection covers the underside of the strips to reduce strip expansion. Micro-bevelled edging (2mm). The adhesive used has virtually no formaldehyde. It surpasses the most stringent European E1 standards. (ISO/CE).

To permit the use of a CE mark on a product, proof that the item meets the relevant requirements must be documented. This is achieved using an external test house which evaluates the product and its documentation. The responsible organization (manufacturer, representative, importer) EC-Declaration of Conformity (EC-DoC) indicating his identity (location, etc.), the list of European Directives declares compliance with, a list of standards the product complies with, and a legally binding signature on behalf of the organization. Green Living Flooring is powered by BullFrog.
